Our shop is equipped with advanced laser machinery designed to handle everything from precision marking to production cutting. Our capabilities include a 50-watt gantry laser marking system for engraving, etching, annealing, and ablation, as well as a 750-watt fiber laser cutting system capable of producing clean, accurate cuts across a wide range of materials.
Every project is unique, which is why we support our laser systems with in-house lathes, milling machines, and 3D printers. These allow us to design and manufacture custom fixtures for uniquely shaped parts, ensuring secure work holding, greater precision, and consistent results throughout the production process.
From high-volume production runs of thousands of parts to single-piece prototypes and oversized components, we have the equipment and expertise to deliver precise, repeatable results with exceptional quality and fast turnaround.

- We can mark most metals including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, titanium, and carbide, as well as some plastics (ABS, acetal).
- Supports rotary marking, multiple barcode formats, UPC, Data Matrix, QR code, EAN, CODE39, and many more.
- 750-watt fiber laser cutting system
- Large 4' x 4' work space
- Our cutting capabilities are 3' x 4' from .005" thickness to 1/4" mild steel
- We can cut aluminum, stainless steel, mild steel, titanium, brass, and other metal alloys.
- Vector files supported: .ai, .dst, .dxf, .plt
- Non-vector files supported: .bmp, .gif, .jpg, .png, .tga, .tif
